Testing in Agile (Scrum) - New Art

 Now many Software companies are following Agile Methodology.  Agile means work on small project or a piece of a project as a separate and dedicated team. It is a incremental method in which we have different sprints ( task break up) and work sprint wise. Like if we have total 100 task in product backlog (means user requirement) then we break these tasks into according priority (like breaks into 20 - 20 tasks) and this particular list is called "Sprint". There are many terms like:-

Scrum master :- Which monitoring the whole agile team.
Scrum meeting :- A 5-10 minutes stand up meeting in which talk about what we done yesterday........what   are we going to do today................what are the plan for next.
Product Owner :- The Product Owner prepare product backlog, prioritizes the backlog tasks  and is responsible for the delivery of the functionality at each iteration/cycle. (after each sprint)

Agile (scrum) Advantage over waterfall method :- 

1) Agile method follows iterative approach to software design but waterfall goes to start point to end point.
2) Can break into parts (sprints) but waterfall going to full tasks in same time.
3) The customer/clients has early and frequent opportunities to look at the product and make decision to  changes in the project but in waterfall client interaction is not possible before in production mode.
4) Testers involvement is from staring point in agile.
5) Early defects are resolvable in the middle of the projects.
